What are the mandatory credentials for signing up?

AtlasPay only requires users to create:

A unique username
A password
to get started!

However, you can register your phone number to unlock all features in AtlasPay.

What should I do if I forgot my ID or password?

- If you have already registered your mobile number with AtlasPay, you can receive an OTP via SMS to resolve the issue.
- If not, please contact our Customer Support team, and we will assist you.

Please note that you may be required to verify your identity with legal documents.

Is AtlasPay safe?

It may seem simple and easy to use AtlasPay, but we take security very seriously.
From your device to our server, every step in the data flow is protected by a high-level encryption system to ensure extra safety.

Does AtlasPay have an extra layer of security?

AtlasPay offers optional 2-Factor Authentication (2FA) via Google Authenticator.
This feature may be mandatory for certain transaction types.

* Once a user activates 2FA, it requires them to keep the authenticator on a secure device to ensure account safety.

I lost my device, what should I do?

No one except the user can access the account without the correct credentials.
Additionally, AtlasPay only allows single-device login.

If you log in on a new device using the correct credentials, your old device will automatically be logged out.

My password/PIN verification failed more than three times. What should I do?

For security reasons, you will not be able to log in to AtlasPay by yourself after multiple failed attempts.
You must contact Customer Support and follow the provided steps to recover your account.

If you cannot remember your username or registered mobile number, the verification process may take longer to complete.

How is AtlasPay’s privacy policy?

AtlasPay collects, uses, and shares personal information only with the user’s consent, while actively safeguarding user rights.
Personal data will not be shared with third parties without explicit user consent or unless required by law.

All user data is secured with passwords and additional protections, including encrypted files and data transmission.
Sensitive information is further protected by advanced encryption protocols.

What's the KYC?

KYC (Know Your Customer) is a security process for both users and AtlasPay.
It ensures all accounts and related transactions comply with AML (Anti-Money Laundering) regulations and helps prevent illegal activities such as voice phishing.

This process includes verifying the user’s identity, transaction purposes, and other necessary details to maintain safety and compliance.
