(a) Individual Customers (KYC)
To open or maintain an account, individual customers may be required to provide:
Government-issued photo identification
Proof of residential address
Source of wealth and source of funds information
(b) Business Customers (KYB)
To open or maintain an account, business customers may be required to provide:
Company registration documents (including ABN/ACN)
Constitutional or ownership documents
Identification documents for directors, shareholders, and authorised persons
Proof of business and residential addresses
We may refuse, suspend, or terminate account access where required information is not provided or cannot be satisfactorily verified.
3. Use of Services
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
Use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading activities
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems or data
Interfere with the operation or security of the Services
Provide false, misleading, or incomplete information
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Services if we reasonably suspect misuse, fraud, or breach of these Terms.
4. Account Information

You grant AtlasPay a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, and display such content for the purpose of operating the Services
You warrant that your content does not infringe third-party rights or applicable laws
